Transmission of U.S. Citizenship

Our “U.S. Citizenship for Children Born Abroad” service is designed to assist U.S. citizen parents in the process of securing U.S. citizenship for their children born outside of United States territory. This process involves several stages, including the preparation and filing of the Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA). Additionally, we provide support in gathering all necessary documentation to prove the child’s eligibility for citizenship. Finally, the service includes coordinating with U.S. embassies or consulates abroad for interviews and the issuance of U.S. passports for the children.
